The Tradewater Pirates struck for four runs in the bottom of the first inning, and rode the strong pitching of starter Zac Tidholm and reliever Kody Thiebaud, to a 8-2 win over Sikeston.  The Bucs jumped on Bull starter Eric Sweitzer in the initial frame, and added runs against the lefty periodically, to take an 8-1 lead, before Sikeston added a run, to make the score 8-2.  Tidholm eventually gave way to Thiebaud in the 8th, and the Texas Wesleyan righty performed marvelously, for the second night in a row.  The Buccos produced some timely hitting in key situations, and ran their 2009 record to 22-20, as they head to a home encounter with Marion Sunday, at 7pm, in a makeup of a previous rainout.  >>>>http://www.kitleaguebaseball.com/2009%20Box%20Scores/Bulls@Pirates%207-18.htm
